摘  要:以石油焦基活性炭为主要原料,分别采用KOH和NaOH为活化剂进行二次活化,制备得到中孔活性炭。采用N2吸附、FT-IR、XPS等表征手段考察活性炭样品的比表面积、孔结构及表面化学性质,并利用实验室自制高压吸附装置测定样品在室温下的CO2吸附等温线。结果表明:经KOH、NaOH二次活化后样品均可产生一定数量中孔且其孔径分布变宽,样品单位比表面积的CO2吸附量均高于未处理样品。由KOH二次活化后样品吸附效果更佳,可达4.88μmol/m2.Mesoporous activated carbons were prepared from a petroleum-based activated carbon by reactivation with KOH and NaOH. The specific surface area, porous structures and surface chemical properties were characterized by nitrogen adsorption,FT-IR and XPS. The adsorptive capacities of the activated carbon towards CO2 were investigated by high pressure adsorption instrument. It was found that reactivation with KOH and NaOH both created a set number of mesopore and the pore size distribution became wider. The specific surface area of reactivated samples was higher than that of raw sample. At the same time, the sample reactivated with KOH had the highest adsorption capacity of 4.88 μmol/m2.
