摘  要:为了探讨半焦担载PdO、CeO2脱硝催化剂对于脱硝反应的影响,以KOH活化处理的半焦作为载体,PdO和CeO2作为活性物,采用浸渍法制备了CeO2-PdO/半焦脱硝催化剂,在固定床反应器中测试了催化剂以甲烷为氮氧化物还原气体的脱硝活性。结果表明,担载PdO可以明显降低甲烷脱硝反应的温度并提高脱硝活性,当担载比例(PdO与半焦质量比)为1.5%时最适宜脱硝温度可降至约425℃;担载CeO2可以抑制积炭反应、提高催化剂的比表面积及孔容,担载比例(CeO2与半焦质量比)为2%时效果较好。在活性实验及电子显微镜表征的基础上,探讨了积炭的机理和主要影响因素的作用机制。To study the influences of PdO, CeO2 on selective catalytic reduction(SCR) of NOx, with methane, the PdO-CeO2/semi-eoke catalysts were prepared by impregnation method with KOH-activated semi-coke as supports, PdO and CeO2 as active components, and the influences of CeO2 loading on temperature window, NOx reduction efficiency over PdO-CeO2/semi coke were investigated in a fixed-bed reactor with simulated flue gas. Experimental results indicate that PdO supported on semi-coke could noticeably depress and widen the SCR temperature window, and in crease the DeNO, efficiency at low temperature. Supported 1.5 % PdO over semi-coke presented the optimum catalytic effect at temperature of 425℃. Furthermore, a small amount of CeO2 sup ported on semi-coke could increase the specific surface area and pores volume of catalysts owing to the inhibition of carbon deposition during DENO, and activation of semi-coke. The mechanisms of carbon deposition and inhibition of carbon deposition reaction in pores of semi-coke with CeO2 were investigated on the basis of our experimental results and SEM observation.
