摘 要:通过对齿轮油GL-5的润滑性能研究,探讨其在接触区承受接触压力的变化。在四球试验机上开展20和100℃下GL-5的磨损试验研究,分析GL-5磨斑直径与负荷的变化规律,探讨其接触压力的行为特征。结果表明,温度对GL-5的润滑油性能有影响,温度从20℃升高到100℃时,其最大无卡咬负荷从1 236 N降低到981 N;接触压力与负荷呈先增加后降低的变化规律,当负荷超过最大无卡咬负荷时,接触压力急剧降低,对应的Streibeck量纲一特征参数显著增加;摩擦因数随负荷呈非线性增加,温度对GL-5摩擦因数的影响较小。若GL-5承受更高的接触压力,则需提高其承载能力。Base on the investigation of lubrication property of gear oil GL-5 ,the variation of contact pressure carried in the contact zone was discussed.The worn tests about the lubricant GL-5 were performed under two temperatures of 20 ℃and 100 ℃ using a four-ball tester,the variation of wear scar diameter with load was analyzed,and the contact pressure characteristic was discussed.These results show that temperature plays the role on GL-5 lubrication,and the maximal non-seizer load is decreased from 1 236 N to 981 N when the temperature is increased from 20 ℃ to 100 ℃.Contact pressure undergoes through initial increased then decreased change with the load.As the load exceeds the maximal non-seizer load, contact pressure is decreased sharply,and the dimensionless characteristic parameter of the Streibeck curve is significantly increased.Coefficient of friction functions as non-linear increase with load,and the temperature has little effect on the co-efficient of friction.If the lubricant GL-5 bears higher contact pressure,its load capacity should be improved.
