摘 要:运用ANSYS有限元软件对剖分式机械密封动环、静环3D模型进行数值模拟,研究不同螺钉预紧力、介质压力和弹簧比压下剖分式机械密封的分型面对整体机械密封的影响及分型面的连接紧密性。结果表明:连接螺钉应力分布符合螺钉实际受力情况,验证了利用有限元法模拟仿真的正确性;不同工况下,承载螺钉预紧力的剖分式机械密封动、静环端面变形均呈轴对称、连续性分布,且适当的螺钉预紧力能有效减小端面变形,降低分型面对密封环整体性的影响;螺钉预紧力是影响分型面变形的主要因素,且随着螺钉预紧力增大,可有效降低分型面的变形量,提高分型面连接的紧密性。Three-dimensional models of split rotary rings and split stationary rings established were numerically simula-ted by ANSYS.The effect of the joint face on the overall mechanical seal under different bolit pretension,medium pressure and spring specific pressure was analyzed,the tightness of joint face was studied.The simulated results show the stress dis-tribution is uniform with real case,verifying the correctness of the FEM simulation method.Seal face deformations of split rotary rings and split stationary rings with screw pretensions under different working conditions present axisymmetric and continuous distributions,and the deformations are weakened effectively by the appropriate bolit pretension,the effect of joint face on seal ring are also reduced effectively.Bolit pretension is the key factor affecting the deformation of joint faces, with the increase of bolit pretension,the deformation is reduced effectively,and the tightness of joint faces is enhanced.
