摘  要:以玉米自交系Mo17,B73及其杂交种Mo17×B73和B73×Mo17作为试验材料,设正常磷和低磷2种处理水平,对玉米苗期生理指标进行研究。结果表明,低磷胁迫下,玉米叶绿素含量、POD活性、MDA和脯氨酸含量均升高,可溶性蛋白含量下降,SOD活性在玉米自交系中下降,而在杂交种中却升高;各生理指标的耐低磷指数,除SOD活性在杂交种和自交系间存在显著性差异外,其他指标品种间差异均不显著;多数指标耐低磷指数都表现为自交系Mo17最小,杂交种较高。Physiological characteristics of different maize cultivars, including Mo17, B73 and their crossbreeds were investigated when treated with normal phosphorous and low phosphorous at seedling stage. The results were as follows: chlorophyll content, POD activity, MDA and proline content of maize seedlings increased at P deficiency, while soluble protein contents decreased, SOD activity of maize inbred line decreased, and their cossbreeds increased. Low-P tolerant index of other physiological indexes except SOD activity have no significant difference between inbred lines and crossbreeds. But low-P tolerant indexes of lots physiological indexes of Mo17 were the least and those of crossbreeds relatively high.
