蛋氨酸螯合锌对绿头野鸭生长性能及能量、蛋白代谢的影响

摘  要:本研究旨在明确蛋氨酸螯合锌对绿头野鸭生长性能及营养代谢的影响。在绿头野鸭基础日粮中添加不同剂量的蛋氨酸螯合锌,以探讨其最佳添加量。I组为对照组,添加硫酸锌150n影kg;Ⅱ组添加硫酸锌和蛋氨酸螯合锌各75mg/kg;Ⅲ组添加蛋氨酸螯合锌150mg/k。结果表明,试验组4周~7周的平均13增重显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),其中6周一7周效果最明显;试验组料肉比、能量和蛋白质代谢率显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);同时,添加硫酸锌和蛋氨酸螯合锌各75mg/kg效果较好。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary zinc methionine level on growth performance and nutrient digestibihty to confirm the appropriate dietary zinc methionine level for the mallard duck. Ducks in the group I (control group) were fed the diet supplement- ed with 150mg/kg zinc sulfate. Ducks in group 1I were fed the diet supplement with 75mg/kg zinc sulfate and 75mg/kg zinc methionine. And ducks in the group m fed the diet supplement with 150mg/kg zinc methionine. The results showed as follows:the average daily gain in experi- mental groups were significantly higher than that in control group( P 〈 0.05) at the age of 4 to 7 weeks,which had the obvious effects at the age of 6 to 7 weeks. The feed conversion ratio, energy utilization and protein utilization in experimental groups were significant higher than that in control group( P 〈 0.05).The effects were much better in the group II .
