摘  要:抗菌药物治疗不仅会影响致病菌,而且影响肠内正常菌群。此外,抗菌药物的滥用导致肠道菌群在选择性压力作用下广泛传播其耐药性。一些研究已经揭示了使用抗菌药物后导致肠道菌群的紊乱,特别是一些菌群对抗菌药物敏感或者选择性耐药的问题。在人类肠道中,抗菌药物的使用可能导致耐药基因的长期存在。因此需要加强抗菌药物的管理,否则可能加剧新兴抗菌药物耐药菌株的形成。Antibiotic agents can affect not only the target pathogen but also commensal inhabitants of the human host. In addition, the abuses of antibiotics exposed to intestinal flora lead to a large - scale dissemination of antibiotic -resistance bacteria under selective pressure. Some experimental methods have revealed ecological disturbances in the microbiota after antibacterial treatment, in particular for specific members of the bacterial community that are susceptible or alternatively resistant to the antibiotic in question. A disturbing consequence of antibacterial treatment has been the long-term persistence of antibiotic resistance genes. So we need to strengthen the management of antibiotic agents or it could aggravate the growing battle with emerging antibiotic-resistant pathogenic strains.
