摘　　要：目前《中华人民共和国婚姻法》及其司法解释对农村婚姻家庭的影响很小,但并不意味农村婚姻家庭领域没有问题。笔者通过对河北省十一个农村的调研发现,农村婚姻家庭问题主要是农村妇女的土地权益问题,主要体现在土地承包制度和宅基地分配制度方面。此外,法定婚龄过高、探望权难以实现,也是农村婚姻家庭问题的主要体现。如何保障农村妇女的上述权利,是未来《婚姻法》及其司法解释需要予以关注的问题。The impact of the Family Law and its judicial interpretations to the rural family is very small now. But it is not mean that there is no problem in the rural family area. Through the investigation to the eleven villages in Hebei Provence, the authors found that the problem of rural family is the women＇ s land rights including land contract and the homestead allocation. Meanwhile, the higher legal marriage age and the harder implementation of the visitation right are also the main problems. How to protect the women＇ s rights need to be focused on by the Family Law and its judicial interpretations in the future.
