摘  要:为明确加州新小绥螨Neoseiulus californicus(McGregor)对截形叶螨Tetranychus truncate(Ehara)的捕食潜力,采用捕食者功能反应方程及参数研究加州新小绥螨对截形叶螨各螨态捕食作用。结果表明,加州新小绥螨对雌成螨、若螨、卵的选择性捕食系数分别为0.365、1.276和1.390。在不同温度条件下,加州新小绥螨对截形叶螨的功能反应均属于HollingⅡ型;对猎物卵和幼若螨的控制能力最强。在试验温度范围内,加州新小绥螨的捕食能力随温度升高呈先增后减趋势,28℃时最强,对截形叶螨雌成螨、若螨和卵的攻击系数(a)最大,分别为0.639、0.730和0.842;处理时间最短,分别为0.126、0.075和0.039d;最大日捕食量分别为7.943头、13.405头和25.575粒。加州新小绥螨的捕食作用存在较强的种内干扰反应,随着捕食者密度的增大,平均捕食量逐渐减少,捕食作用率也相应降低,捕食作用率与其自身密度的关系为E=0.423P-0.747。In order to determine predation potential of predatory mite, Neoseiulus californicus (McGregor), to its prey, Tetranychustruncate(Ehara), the functional response and parameters of Neoseiulus californicus on Tetranychus truncate, at different stages were studied. The results showed that the selective predation coefficient of Neoseiulus californicus at different stages of Tet- ranychus truncate were 0. 365, 1. 276 and 1. 390 respectively. Under different temperature conditions, the functional response of Neoseiulus californicus on Tetranychus truncate all belonged to Holling- Ⅱ type model. Neoseiulus caliJornicus had the strongest ability to consume eggs and nymphs of the prey. In the range of tested temperatures, the consumption of Neoseiulus californicus on Tetranych- us truncate increased firstly and then declined with increasing temperatures. Neoseiulus californicus had the strongest predatory ability at 28 ℃. The maximum attack index on three stages (adult fe- males, nymphs and eggs) of the prey was 0. 639, 0. 730 and 0. 842 respectively; the shortest handling time was 0. 126, 0. 075 and 0. 039 respectively; the maximum number of prey consumed was 7. 943 adult females, 13. 405 nymphs and 25. 575 eggs respectively. Intraspecific interference could strongly affect predation of Neoseiulus californicus. The predation rate decreased accordingly with the rising of predator density and gradual decline of average amount of prey. The relationship of predation rateand predator density could be written as the equation E=0 423P-0.747.
