全日制农业推广硕士“协同式”培养模式探析

摘　　要：该文在分析全日制农业推广硕士培养存在问题的基础上,探讨了全日制农业推广硕士"协同式"培养模式的推动力,提出了协同制定培养方案、协同建设培养基地、搭建培养利益共同体与构建培养协同管理机制等全日制农业推广硕士"协同式"培养模式的实现途径。Based on problem analysis of cultivation of the full-time professional master of agricultural exten- sion, the driving forces of cooperative cultivating mode are discussed. Effective measures such as coopera- tively planning schemes and building bases of training, constructing the interest community of training and setting up management mechanism are proposed to bring about cooperative cultivating mode of full-time professional master of agricultural extension.
