用HPLC法检测大鼠肠系膜离体血管网灌流液中胰岛素样物质

摘　　要：目的　探讨血管自分泌或旁分泌功能。方法将大鼠的肠系膜血管网分离并进行体外灌流 ,用高效液相色谱法 (highperformanceliquidchromatography ,HPLC)分析测定SD大鼠肠系膜血管网灌注液中是否具有胰岛素样物质分泌。 结果大鼠肠系膜血管网具有合成分泌类胰岛素样物质的功能。结论建立了HPLC分析检测类胰岛素的方法 ,提示该方法准确快速 ,仪器检测灵敏度高 ,分析重现性好 ,回收率高。Objective To explore the secretion mechanism of blood vessel Methods Insulin-like substancs in rat mesenteric arteries were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) Result It was found that the arteries could secret method in measure insulin-like substance with HPLC, the correlation coefficient of standard curve was 99 7% and the recovery rate was 88 9% Conclusion The methods were accurate, rapid for detecting insulin-like substancs, and hasa good reappearance and recovery rate
