摘　　要：目的通过对开颅手术患者诊治情况进行分析,总结开颅手术患者的临床护理经验。方法回顾性分析了我院自2012年10月至2013年1月收治的40例颅脑外科急诊手术患者的临床护理过程。结果 40例开颅手术患者在全麻下进行手术。经积极治疗与精心护理,术后好转病例38例,死亡1例,植物生存1例。结论开颅手术时间紧迫,风险较大,需要医师与护士的良好配合,从而保证手术的顺利进行。Objective Through the diagnosis and treatment of patients with craniotomy analyze, summarize craniotomy patients with clinical nursing experience. Method A retrospective analysis of hospital clinical care process from October 2012 to January 2013 were treated 40 cases of surgical emergency brain surgery patients. Results 40 cases of patients undergoing craniotomy under general anesthesia for surgery. After aggressive treatment and intensive care, postoperative improvement in 38 cases, 1 death, plant survival one case. Conclusion Craniotomy of time, risk, need good with doctors and nurses, to ensure smooth operation.
