摘  要:目的寻找能敏感且特异性反映肺损伤及其严重程度的生物标志物,建立肺损伤预测评分标准,及早识别ALI高危患者,并进行早期适当干预,最终达到降低死亡率的目的。方法对两组患者分别抽取4ml静脉血液样本后进行HMGB-1、sRAGE检测,所有样品检测均指定一至两名具有专业知识及丰富经验的临床检验人员完成。结果研究组血清中HMGB-1与sRAGE水平显著高于对照组;研究组ALI患者血清中HMGB-1与sRAGE水平显著高于非ALI患者;研究组ALI死亡患者血清中HMGB-1与sRAGE水平显著高于生存患者,且P<0.05,对比结果具有统计学意义。结论对各科室重症患者进行血清中HMGB-1与sRAGE水平监测,可准确预测其发生ALI可能性,从而及时给予干预治疗,掌握临床疗效,最终达到降低死亡率、保障患者生活质量与生命安全的目的,值得临床推广应用。Objective Looking for sensitive and specific reflection of the severity of lung injury and biomarkers to estab- lish lung injury prediction score ,ALI early identification of high -risk patients, and early appropriate interventions, and ultimately achieve the purpose of reducing mortality. Methods Two groups of patients 4ml venous blood samples were taken after HMGB - 1, sRAGE detection, detection of all samples are designated one to two with expertise and experience in the clinical laboratory personnel. Results The serum levels of HMGB - 1 and sRAGE levels were significantly high- er, study group ALI serum HMGB -1 and sRAGE levels were significantly higher in patients with ALl, study group died ALl serum HMGB - 1 and sRAGE levels significantly higher than those the survival patients, and P 〈 0. 05, comparing the results with statistical significance. Conclusion The various sections of critically ill patients in the serum levels of HMGB - 1 and sRAGE monitoring ALI can accurately predict the likelihood of its occurrence, thus timely intervention, master clinical efficacy, and ultimately to reduce mortality, quality of life and protect the lives and safety of patients pur- pose, worthy of clinical application.
