儿童血铅水平与智商的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的　研究儿童血铅水平与智商的关系。方法　对 16 0例 3～ 6岁儿童进行血铅测定 ,采用中国比奈全国智力量表进行智商测定 ,并对两者进行相关性分析。结果　儿童血铅与智商呈显著负相关 ,血铅每升高10 0 μg/L ,智商下降 6 6 7分。 结论　低铅暴露影响儿童神经发育与智商 。Objective To estimate the relationship between blood lead level and intelligence quotient(IQ) in children.Methods Blood lead level,IQ and the relationship between them were investigated in 160 children aged 3～6.Results There was negative correlation between blood lead level and IQ of children.With every 100μg/L increase in blood lead level,IQ decreased by 6 67.Conclusion The nervous system development and IQ of children can be damaged by the exposure to the low dose lead.More attention should be paid to it.
