摘  要:目的 :研究原发性高血压 (EH)患者左房射血力 (L AF)与左室舒张功能的关系。方法 :对 2 3例 EH患者(EH组 )和 2 0例正常者 (对照组 )的超声心动图参数进行检测。结果 :EH组的 E峰速率与对照组比较无显著性差异 ,而 A峰速率及 L AF两组间有极显著性差异 [(84.5 0± 16 .5 0 ) cm/ s:(6 3.2 1± 10 .78) cm/ s,P<0 .0 1;(17.40± 7.2 0 ) :(8.19± 3.11) kdynes,P <0 .0 0 1]。结论 :E峰由于受多种因素影响不宜用于衡量舒张功能。而 A峰影响因素较少 ,L AF主要由 A峰推导出来反映左房增力泵作用的比较直观的指标 ,更适用于尚未引起肥厚的轻中度EH患者早期舒张功能减退的识别。Objective:To investigate the relationship between left atrial ejection force and left ventricular diastolic function. Method:Twenty three patients with hypertention and 20 normal controls were studied by ech ocardiography. Result:Compared with normal controls , peak A wave velocity and left atrial ejection force (LAF) were significantly increased in patients with hypertention( 84.50 ± 16.50 )cm/s vs ( 63.21 ± 10.78 )cm/s,P< 0.01 ;( 17.40 ± 7.20 ) vs ( 8.19 ± 3.11 ) kdynes,(P< 0.001 ). However peak E wave velocity was not significantly different between two groups.Conclusion:Because peak E wave velocity is affected by many factors, it is unsuitable for measuring left ventricular diastolic function.However, peak A wave velocity is affected by less factors,LAF is derived chiefly from peak A wave velocity and reflects directly on ejection force of left atrial, peak A wave velocity and LAF are more suitable for measuring early diastolic function impairment in patients with mild to moderate hypertention.
