白细胞介素4基因多态性与大鱼际掌纹特应征的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨白细胞介素4(interleukin 4,IL-4)基因多态性与青岛地区汉族成人哮喘患者大鱼际掌纹特应征的相关性。方法:引入计算机识别系统,实现大鱼际掌纹特应征客观量化分级,采用SNaPshot方法检测研究对象IL-4基因启动子区rs2243250和rs2243283两个位点的基因多态性。结果:大鱼际掌纹特应征和哮喘之间呈显著性相关(P<0.001),但IL-4基因rs2243250和rs2243283基因型频率的3种遗传模型在掌纹阴性组与掌纹阳性组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),该基因单倍型频率在掌纹阴性组和掌纹阳性组间差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大鱼际掌纹特应征和青岛地区汉族成人哮喘之间具有显著相关性,但IL-4基因rs2243250和rs2243283两个位点的基因多态性与哮喘患者的大鱼际掌纹特应征无相关关系。Objective ： To assess the association of the atopic traits of thenar palmprint with polymorphisms of IL - 4 gene in Han nationality with asthma in Qingdao. Methods：The photographs of thenar palmprint from subjects were objec- tively divided by computer. Two SNPs （rs2243250, rs2243283 ） collected from IL -4 gene were detected by SnaPshot. Results ：There were very remarkable differences between the the atopic traits of thenar palmprint and asthma（ P 〈 0.001 ）. There was no remarkable difference in genotypes frequency between the palmprint positive group and negative group （P 〉 0.05 ）. There was no remarkable differences between two groups in haplotype analyses either（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： There are very remarkable .differences between the atopic traits of thenar palmprint and asthma in Han nationality in Qingdao, but no remarkable difference between the atopic traits of thenar palmprint and polymorphisms of IL - 4 gene.
