片仔癀对局灶性脑梗死大鼠炎性相关因子IL-6、IL-1β含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察片仔癀对局灶性脑梗死大鼠模型炎性相关因子IL-6、IL-1β含量的影响。方法:采用改良的Longa法制备大脑中动脉栓塞(middle cerebral artery occlusion,MCAO)模型,将SD大鼠随机分为7组:假手术组、模型组、片仔癀大、中、小剂量组、尼莫地平组和脑得生组。提前给药3天,造模后给药4天取材,采用ELISA法检测IL-6、IL-1β的含量。结果:模型组血清IL-6、IL-1β水平较假手术组显著升高(P<0.01);各给药组较模型组均有不同程度的降低,其中片仔癀大剂量组、脑得生组与尼莫地平组血清IL-6水平较模型组显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);各给药组血清IL-1β水平较模型组均显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:片仔癀胶囊可以降低局灶性脑梗死后大鼠IL-1β、IL-6的含量,减轻脑梗塞后的炎症病理过程,从而对于神经功能起保护作用。Objective ： To observe the effect of Pien Tze Huan on the serum amount of IL - 6, IL - 1β after MCAO operation. Methods：Healthy mature male SD rats were randomly divided into model group, sham operation group, Pien Tze Huan small - dose, mid - dose, high - dose group, positive control group （ nimodipine group）. Pretreated 3 days and 4 days after operation and then executed. Observe the amount changes of IL - 6, IL - 1β by methods of Elisa. Results ： The amount of IL - 6, IL - 1β in the model group increased obviously after the MCAO operation compared with sham operation group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The amount in each treatment group was lower than that in the model group （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Pien Tze Huan can decrease the amount of IL -6, IL - 1β so as to protect the nerve function.
