气郁体质与自主神经功能、焦虑/抑郁情绪的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨中医气郁体质的自主神经功能改变情况、焦虑抑郁情绪状况，及其之间的相关性。方法：应用中医体质辨识方法，选择气郁体质和非气郁体质各189例，进行自主神经功能检测、填写焦虑／抑郁自评量表，然后将相关结果进行统计分析。结果：①气郁组自主神经活性指数明显高于对照组（P=0．017），且交感／副交感比值处于非4／6—6／4之间的明显增多（P=0．002）；②气郁组抑郁量表评分较对照组有明显差异（P=0．019），而焦虑量表评分的比较无显著差异（P=0．249），气郁组的抑郁量表评分和焦虑量表评分对比有显著差异（P=0．031）；③气郁质亚量表评分与抑郁量表得分、自主神经活性指数、交感／副交感比值三个指标均存在显著相关关系（P〈0．05）。结论：气郁体质与其情绪状态（抑郁状态）、自主神经系统均存在相关性，中医气郁质确实反映了心理状态的偏颇失衡。Objective：To study the Changes of Qi - stagnation constitution＇s autonomic - nerve function and anxiety/ depression, and the correlation between them respectively. Methods ： According to standardized TCM constitution question- naire, 189 Qi -stagnation constitution cases and 189 without Qi -stagnation constitution cases were selected. All of them were carried out autonomic - nerve function tests by anxiety/depression self - rating scale and then the results were statis- tically analyzed. Results ：（1）The autonomic -nerve activity index of Qi -stagnation constitution was significantly higher than that of the control group （P = 0.017）, and the sympathetic/parasympathetic ratio which was not between 4/6 - 6/4 also increased significantly （ P = 0.002）. （2）The depression self - rating scale scores of Qi - stagnation group had signifi- cant difference compared with those in the control group （P = 0.019）, but the anxiety scale scores were not significantly different （P = 0. 549）. There was a significant difference between depression scale and anxiety scale score in Qi - stagna- tion group （P =0. 031 ）. （3）Qi- stagnation constitution subscale score and depression scale score, autonomic -nerve ac- tivity index, sympathetic/parasympathetic ratio had respectively significant correlation（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion： Qi -stag- nation constitution and its depression state and autonomic nervous system respectively had correlation. Qi - stagnation constitution does reflect psychological imbalance.
