摘　　要：白癜风是一种后天的色素减少或脱失性皮肤疾病,以局部或泛发的色素脱失斑为主要特征。临床易于诊断,难于治疗,给患者的生活工作带来巨大的不良影响。肢端型白癜风为寻常型白癜风中的一个分型,具有其特殊性,尤其在治疗方面,具有疗程长,疗效差,对各种治疗缺乏敏感性,对中、西医治疗肢端型白癜风方面的进展作一综述。Vitiligo is an acquired pigmentary off skin disease, with local or generalized depigmentation spots as the main feature. In clinic,it＇ s easy to diagnose, but difficult to treat, and brings a huge number of adverse effects to the pa- tients＇life and work. Acral vitiligo is a sub -type of vulgaris vitiligo, and has its particularity. Especially in terms of treat- ment, it has a long course of treatment, poor efficacy, and lack of sensitivity to various treatments. This review was made to introduce the progress of acral vitiligo treatments by Chinese medicine and modern medicine.
