摘  要:目的:观察甲状腺显像者应用放射性核素后各主要脏器接受的放射性辐射剂量及分析其与甲状腺的功能的关系.方法:注射显像剂后15分钟,用γ辐射剂量仪分别测量七个部位的辐射剂量率,再据近似公式计算其辐射剂量.然后按常规方法进行甲状腺显像,测量甲状腺比值,3天后检测甲状腺吸碘率.结果:各部位的辐射剂量(单位为mGy),头部:1.88±1.32,甲状腺:8.76±4.64,心前区:2.52±0.27,肝区:2.28±0.34,膀胱区:1.84±0.38,手:1.74±0.59,腿:0.90±0.18.甲状腺所接受的辐射剂量与3小时吸碘率、24小时吸碘率、甲状腺比值、注射剂量均呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.83、0.88、0.98、0.72、p值均小于0.05.其他部位与吸碘率等功能参数无显著相关关系.结论:甲状腺显像受检者接受的放射性辐射剂量安全,甲状腺的辐射剂量主要与甲状腺的功能及吸入放射性剂量有关.Purpose:To observe the relation of each organ's radiant dose of patients with thyroid scan after administering radioisotope, and to study the relation of the radiant dose of each organ s absorbtion with the function of thyroid . Methods: We measure the radiant dose of the area of parietal skull, thyroid, chest at heart, liver bladder, hand, and leg by gammma dose rdiometer at 15 minutes after injecting the technitium - 99m, and then do thyroid scan, measure the Iodine absorptive ratio of thyroid after three days of scaning. Results: The parital skull's radiant dose is 1.88±1.32,thyriod's is:8.76±4.64,chesy's2.52±0.27,liver's 2.28±0.34 , bladder' s 1.84±0.38,hand's 1.74±0.579,leg's 0.90±0.181 .88 which are all lower than the safe dose. The dose of thyroid is correlative with the Iodine absorptive ratio of thyroid at 3 hours,24 hours, the rate of thyroid , and the injecting radioactive dose,Their relative coefficient is respectively 0.83,0.88,0.98,0.72.p<0.05 . Conclusions: The radiant dose of patients with thyroid scan is safe, and is relative with the function of thyroid and the radioactive dose injected .
