摘　　要：以现有研发成果"嵌入式电子监控器"为原型,根据功能需求,对其软硬件进行升级和改进,采用Vector公司CANoe软件搭建监控系统测试平台,成功开发出挖掘机用监控器,可为挖掘机操作者提供与挖掘机控制系统交互信息的窗口,以实现挖掘机运行状态监控,故障信息提示,保养信息提示及标定挖掘机油门等功能。An electronic monitor for excavators.A newly developed embedded type electronic monitor was placed as the origin for upgrade and improvements of both the hardware and software according to the function requirements.This was done by utilizing Vector Co.'s CANoe software to construct a test platform for the monitoring system to have developed successively a monitor for the excavator,i.e.to provide a window for the operator to communicate with the excavator's control system so as to monitor over the operational status,info and warning on troubles,maintenance info and warning,as well as fuel level marking for the machine.
