摘 要:采用发光二极管(light emitting diode,LED)精确调制光谱能量分布,以黑暗培养为对照,研究不同光质对大豆芽苗菜品种菜豆6号和苏鲜豆21的生长、大豆异黄酮含量及PAL活性的影响。结果表明:黄光有利于大豆芽苗菜鲜重的增加;随着光质处理时间的延长,两个品种大豆芽苗菜子叶中的大豆异黄酮含量总体呈先增加后降低或持续降低的趋势,而下胚轴中的大豆异黄酮含量则总体呈先降低后增加的趋势;培养至第6天时,下胚轴中的大豆异黄酮含量高于子叶中的含量;与黑暗培养相比,光照处理显著提高了下胚轴中的大豆异黄酮含量,其中UV-B的作用效果最显著,且下胚轴中PAL活性在UV-B下显著提高。Light emitting diode( LED)was applied to accurately modulate light spectral energy distribution. The effects of light quality on the growth,total soybean isoflavone content and PAI, activity of Caidou 6 and Suxiandou 2l soybean sprouts were studied. Dark was used as the control. The results showed that yellow light promoted the accumulation of the fresh weight. With the increasing of culture time,the total soybean isoflavone content first increased and then decreased or decreased continuously in the cotyledons, while the total soybean isoflavone content first decreased and then increased in the hypocotyls. On the sixth day of culture, the total soybean isoflavone content of both soybean sprouts varieties were higher in hypocotyls than in cotyle- dons. Compared with the control,light treatment significantly promoted the content of total soybean isoflavone in the hypocot- yls, wherein the role of UV-B was the most significant, and UV-B treatment significantly promoted the PAL activity in hypocot- vls of both two sovbean sprouts varieties.
