摘 要:目的:了解地黄块根浸提液(Rehmannia glutinosa root extracts,RRE)对地黄种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感效应,寻找地黄连作障碍原因及减轻连作障碍的途径.方法:采用培养试验法,用不同浓度的RRE处理地黄种子,观察种子萌发和幼苗生长并测定相关生理指标,结果:当RRE质量浓度为0.006 5g·mL-1时,种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数与对照差异极显著,根长、苗高和根长/苗高与对照差异显著,具有量效关系,浓度越高抑制效应越强;当质量浓度0.052 0g·mL-1时,则抑制种子的萌发.结论:地黄块根汁液存在化感物质,土壤中的地黄块根分泌物及根系溃烂腐解所释放的化感物质是抑制地黄种子萌发和幼苗生长的主要原因,也是导致地黄连年种植减产绝收的原因.An experiment was carried out to study allelopathic effects of Rehmannia glutinosa root extracts(RRE) on the germination and seeding growth of Rehmannia glutinosa seeds in order to looking for the Continuous Cropping Barrier. The seeds of Rehmannia glutinosa were germinated in RRE solution of various concentrations, the germination rate, seeding growths and related physiological indexes were measured. The reasult indicated that when the mass concentration is 0. 006 5 g ~ mL 1, there were extremely significant effects of RRE on seed germination, including both in rate, index, and seed vitality. There were significant difference effects on root length, seedling height and root/shoot compared with the con- trol. They are concentration-response relationship, the higher the concentration,the stronger inhibition effect. When the mass concentration is over 0. 052 0 g . mL^-1 , the seed germination is inhibited. In addition, Rehmannia glutinosa root extracts has allelochemicals. Therefore, the large amount of allelochemical released from the roots and the remains of Rehmannia glutinosa in soils could inhibit the germination and seeding growth of Rehmannia glutinosa seedings, which may lead to fail crop after growing Rehmannia glutinosa for a few years.
