摘 要:为进一步明确水平井数值模拟过程中井筒内因素对生产动态特性的影响 ,利用水平井数学模型和多年来进行数值模拟研究的经验 ,对影响水平井动态特性的井筒模型网格划分、井筒热损失、井筒压降等 3个因素进行了研究。结果表明 ,水平井井筒模型的不同网格划分决定了影响油藏和井筒的压力等参数分布的端部效应 ;井筒内的热损失对水平井井长优选、油井产量等均有影响 ,其中干度的敏感性分析表明 :干度提高 ,产液量和油汽比均有所提高 ,适当提高注汽速度将减少热损失 ;给出了对井筒内造成的压力损失的基本条件 ,可以采取不同井筒半径、射孔方案。In order to analyse horizontal wellbore dynamic performance clearly, based on horizontal wellbore numerical model and researching experiences, three parameters which affect the production performance, gridding, pressure drop and heat loss in wellbore are studied. The end point phenomena, that the tempreture and the pressure distribution are very different in the ports of wellbore from in the middle, are aroused as different wellbore grid model. The heat loss in wellbore affects not only the length optimizing of wellbore, but also the production rate. The sensitive analysis of steam quality proved that: if the steam quality was improved, the production and oil gas ratio are also improved; For the pressure drop in wellbore, some basic criteria are given; adjusting wellbore diameter, perforation and completion design, the pressure drop in wellbore would be lessened.
