摘 要:楔横轧轧制轧件时,轧件受两向压应力、一向拉应力作用,轧件心部可能产生疏松、裂纹等心部缺陷,采用Deform-3D三维有限元软件模拟了不同工艺参数条件下楔横轧轧制螺纹轴类件的成形过程,从理论上分析了各种工况下轧件内部易产生缺陷的应力应变的变化特点,得出齿高变化率和螺旋升角对轧件心部质量的影响规律。研究结果表明,齿高变化率较大或螺旋升角随螺纹齿形中径尺寸变化时,轧件心部应力、应变都较小。选取合适的工艺参数,螺纹轴内部不会出现心部缺陷。In cross wedge rolling, rolled pieces are forced by two directions compressive stresses and single direction tensile stress,and the core defects such as core loose and crack and so on could be created. The forming processes of rolling thread shafts in cross wedge rolling were simulated by using Deform-3D in different cases. The variation characteristics of stress and strain for parts which are easily to generate defects in core were theoretically analyzed under various conditions, and the influence rules of change rate of tooth height and helix angle on core quality of rolled pieces were obtained. The results show that when the change rate of tooth height is bigger or the helix angle is selected with the calculated value as the diameter size of thread tooth, the stress and strain in the center of rolled pieces are smaller. No core defects appear inside the thread shaft when selecting appropriate process parameters.
