摘 要:以ANSYS软件提供的零阶方法为优化算法,用VB语言编制基于ANSYS的有限元和优化计算程序。采用四边形单元自动划分网格并利用ANSYS软件实现有限元前、后处理的可视化。通过优化实现合理匹配工作缸的主要几何参数,使工作缸满足强度要求的同时减轻重量;利用VB通过API函数将优化结果递交SolidWorks进行3D建模和生成工程图,并将该方法应用到系列下拉式快锻压机工作缸缸体的参数化设计中。The zero-order method provided by ANSYS software was adopted as its optimizing arithmetic. The FEM and optimization program based on ANSYS were compiled with VB language. Quadrangle element was used in automatic mesh. Visualization of preprocessor and postprocessor were realized on VB software platform. Having optimized structural parameters, the lower weight cylinder could be got under intensity limit. Optimization results were submitted to SolidWorks, and 3D modeling and drawing were generated by using VB API function. Meanwhile, the whole methods can be used to design optimization for a series of the hydraulic cylinder.
