摘 要:局部偏心形状零件结构比较复杂,广泛应用在机械传动中。本文根据该偏心形状零件结构特点,制定了冷温复合精密塑性成形工艺方案。重点设计了偏心冷镦挤预成形工序及温镦挤终成形工序,设计了偏心镦挤和等温镦挤模具,选择了合理的坯料润滑、模具预热及冷却条件,并进行了偏心形状零件的精密塑性成形实验。实验结果表明,采用该工艺及模具可以生产出尺寸精度较高及力学性能优良的偏心形状零件,且材料消耗少、生产效率高,具有较高的经济实用价值。Eccentric shape parts with complicated structure are widely used in mechanical transmission. A process scheme of cold and warm composite precision plastic forming for the eccentric part was developed according to the structural characteristics of eccentric shape parts. The pre-forming process of eccentric cold extrusion and final forming process of warm upsetting extrusion were mainly designed,and the corresponding precision dies were also designed. Reasonable conditions were selected for blank lubrication, die preheating and cooling. Precision plastic forming experiment for the eccentric shape parts was made. The experimental results indicate that eccentric shape parts with high dimensional accuracy and excellent mechanical properties are produced using this process and dies which has the advantages of low material consumption and high production efficiency and great economic value.
