摘　　要：作为高风险、高强度脑力劳动的特殊职业，长期超负荷工作在医疗工作第一线的临床护理人员的压力是非常大的。护理人员的压力不仅会影响工作效率，而且对医患之间的关系也会有很大影响，所以应引起高度重视。本文就此浅析一下护理人员的职业压力及应对措施。As a high risk, high strength special professional mental labour, overload for a long time in the medical work of the first line of the clinical nursing staff pressure is very big. The pressure of nursing staff not only affects the work efficiency, but also has a great influence on the doctor-patient relationship will, so should be highly valued.
