摘　　要：目的：分析 eGfr 和 nf ～ KBP65在食管癌组织中的表达并探讨其与临床分期的相关性。方法用免疫组化法检测66例食管癌患者和中 eGfr 和 nf ～ KBP65在食管癌组织中的表达，并选择50例正常食管粘膜组织作为对照组，结合临床分期进行相关性分析。结果 nf ～ KBP65在正常食管粘膜组织中阳性表达率为16%，在食管癌为63.6%，比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。eGfr 在正常食管粘膜组织中阳性表达率为20%，在食管癌为66.7%，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。eGfr在食管癌中表达随着临床分期的增加而增高，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），但 nf ～ KBP65在食管癌中表达随着临床分期的增加而减低，两者比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论 eGfr和 NF-KBp65在食管癌组织中呈高表达，是对食管癌的诊断、指导治疗和评价预后的有效指标，在食管癌的发生、发展过程中起重要的作用。Objective To investigate Expression of EGFR and and NF ~ KBP65 in Human esophageal carcinoma and to explore its correlation with clinical stage.Methods Immunohistochemistry Detect the expression of EGFR and NF-KBP65 in 66 cases of esophageal cancer ,And 50 cases of normal esophageal mucosa as a control group ,and the correlation with clinical stage were analyzed.Result The positive expression of NF ~ KBP65 and eGfr in normal esophageal mucosa was 16% and 20%,in esophageal cancer was 63.6% and 66.7%,There were Statistical significance（P ＆lt; 0.05）.EGFR expression in esophageal cancer with increasing clinical stage increased, there was significant difference between them（P ＆lt; 0.05）,but the expression of NF ~ KBP65 was not statistically correlated with clinical stage（P ＆gt; 0.05）.Conclutions Overexpression of NF ~ KBP65 and EGFR in esophageal cancer tissues is helpful to a better understanding of the biological of esophageal cancer with diagnosis,treatment and prognostic evaluation. They plays an important role in the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer.
