摘  要:针对半开式整体叶轮的结构复杂、建模周期长及叶片交错性强等特点,在UG平台下进行半开式整体叶轮自动建模与曲面分析.根据叶轮结构特征,本文将节点插入算法应用到叶片截面线造型中,通过插值计算生成等参数截面控制点,建立基于NURBS的叶片曲面造型方法,并用UG/GRIP编制了NURBS曲面造型程序,实现三阶NURBS曲面叶片造型.开发曲面分析模块,分析截面型线和叶片曲面的光顺度,为叶轮自动建模提供验证;输出法矢量和最大、最小曲率半径,为进一步进行叶轮CAM加工提供帮助.Abstract : Aiming at the characteristics of the complex,long-modeling cycle, impeller staggered and so on for o- verall semi-open impeller, carrying out overall semi-open impeller automatic modeling and surface analysis in the UG platform. According to the impeller structural features, this article applies the node insertion algorithm to the cross- section line shape of the impeller, achieving the blade of third-order NURBS surface by generating the parameters section of the control points through the interpolation calculation, establishing impeller surface modeling methods based on NURBS and using UG/Grip to process the NURBS surface. Providing validation for the automatic modeling by developing the surface analysis module to analyze the cross-section lines and the degree of faring for the curved im- peller.
