摘 要:[目的]优选小花琉璃草的多糖提取工艺。[方法]以小花琉璃草主茎粉末为原料,采用热水浸提法提取小花琉璃草多糖,选取提取温度、提取时间、料液比和提取次数4个影响因素进行单因素试验,通过L9(34)正交试验确定小花琉璃草多糖提取的最佳提取工艺;并用苯酚-硫酸测定多糖含量。[结果]提取次数对小花琉璃草多糖含量影响最大,其次依次为料液比、提取时间和提取温度。最佳提取工艺条件为:提取次数2次,料液比1∶30(g/ml),提取温度90℃,提取时间3 h。[结论]在最佳提取条件下,多糖提取率最高可达2.28%。[ Objective ] To optimize polysaceharide extraction technology of Cynoglossum lanceolatum. [ Method ] With main stem powder of Cynoglossum lanceolatum as raw material, hot water extraction method was adopted to extract polysaceharide from Cynoglossum lanceolaturn. Extraction temperature, time, solid - liquid ratio and times were selected to conduct single factor test, the optimum extraction technique was determined by L9 (34 ) orthogonal test ; The polysaccharide content was determined by phenol - sulfuric acid. [ Result ] The order of influencing factors is as follows: extraction times 〉 solid - liquid ratio 〉 extraction time and extraction temperature. The optimum extraction conditions are: extraction times 2, solid -liquid ratio 1:30 (g/ml), extraction temperature 90 ℃, extraction time 3 h. [ Conclusion ] Under the optimum extraction conditions, polysaceharide extraction rate could up to 2.28%.
