摘  要:[目的]为贵德县土壤微肥科学施用、作物合理布局和配方肥的确定提供基础数据。[方法]采用姜黄素比色法和原子吸收分光光度法,测定贵德县376个耕层土壤微量元素含量。[结果]贵德县有效微量元素平均含量B为0.339 mg/kg,Cu为0.688 mg/kg,Fe为3.798 mg/kg,Mn为13.145 mg/kg,Zn为2.554 mg/kg,其中Fe、B含量缺乏,Cu、Mn含量适中,Zn含量丰富。[结论]不同乡镇耕层土壤有效微量元素丰缺程度差异明显。不同土壤中有效微量元素含量之间差异不明显。[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide the basic data for the scientific application of soil trace elements, the regular distribution of crops and the determination of formula fertilizers. [ Method] Using the curcumin colorimetric method and atomic absorption spectrophotometry, trace element contents of 376 topsoils in Guide County were studied. [ Result ] The county' s average content of available trace element B was O. 339 mg/kg, Cu was O. 688 mg/kg, Fe was 3. 798 mg/kg, Mn was 13. 145 mg/kg, and Zn was 2. 554 mg/kg. The content of Fe and B wasn' t enough, Cu and Mn content was moderate, and Zn content was rich. [ Conclusion] Among different villages and towns, soil trace element con- tents in topsoil were different obviously, and differences among different effective trace elements content in soil species weren't obvious.
