摘 要:遗传测定是经济林良种选育的重要环节之一,也是榛子育种中的核心工作之一。该文对选育出的龙榛5个品系,以平榛为对照样本,进行遗传力与遗传增益测评与分析。结果表明,龙榛5个品系在主要性状上都表现出较高的遗传力和遗传增益。龙榛5个品系都有较高的遗传力,其中单果重为0.96、树高为0.65、冠幅为0.88;遗传增益以龙榛1号为最优,龙榛5号和龙榛4号次之,龙榛2号和龙榛3号略低。The genetic test is art important part in the economic forest breedlng, also the core of the hazelnut breeding. This paper tested and evaluated the heritability and genetic gain of 5 kind of Long hazel (Corylus heterophylla x C. avellana) strains with hazel as the control sample. The results showed that the heritability and genetic gain on main characters of Long hazel were higher. 5 strains of Long hazel had high heritabili- ty, fruit weight per hazelnut was 0.96, tree height was 0.65, crown diameter was 0.88. The genetic gain of Long hazel No. 1 strain was the best, followed by Long hazel No. 5 strain and Long hazel No. 4 strain, but Long hazel No. 2 strain and Long hazel NO. 3 strain were lower.
