摘 要:[目的]研究微生物絮凝法处理含六硝基茋废水的效果及可行性。[方法]从六硝基茋生产废水排放口污泥中驯化筛选得到高效微生物絮凝剂产生菌,对其絮凝活性、COD去除率及其影响因素进行研究。[结果]水样pH、絮凝助剂CaCl2投加量、絮凝剂投加量均对废水COD去除率有较明显的影响。当六硝基茋废水pH为8.0,絮凝助剂CaCl2溶液投加量为5.0 ml/L,微生物絮凝剂投加量为2.0ml/L时,废水的COD去除率可达69.6%。[结论]采用微生物絮凝法处理六硝基茋生产废水是可行的。[ Objective ] The research aimed to investigate the effects and feasibility of microbial flocculants method on the treatment of wastewater mainly containing with 2, 2', 4, 4', 6, 6' -hexanitrostflbene(HNS). [ Method] The efficient bio-flocculants-producing strain had been screened from the domestication incubation condition of wastewater mainly containing with HNS. And the activity of flocculation, removal rate of COD, as well as the influence factors were studied during the process of wastewater treatment. [ Result] The results showed that the pH of wastewater, the dosage of CaC12 solution and the dosage of bio-flocculants had obvious impact on the removal rate of COD. When the pH of HNS wastewater was 8.0, the dosage of CaCI2 solution was 5.0 ml/L, the dosage of microbial flocculants was 2.0 ml/L, the removal rate of COD was 69.6%. [ Conclusion] Microbial flocculants method was proved to be feasible in HNS wastewater treatment.
