摘 要:利用硫铝酸盐水泥熟料(SAC)单掺和SAC与磨细高炉矿渣粉(BFS)复掺对脱硫建筑石膏(DCG)进行改性,提高其强度和耐水性。实验结果表明,SAC单掺和SAC与BFS复掺均可以显著改善DCG材料的强度和耐水性。DCG中内掺15%SAC,可以使7 d抗折、抗压强度和软化系数分别提高了64%、86%和50%;在内掺15%SAC的DCG-SAC复合胶凝材料中,加入15%的BFS取代DCG,可以使DCG-SAC复合胶凝材料7 d抗折、抗压强度和软化系数分别增大28%、50%和15%。Desulfurization calcined gypsum(DCG) was modified to improve its strength and water resistance by doping sulfur aluminate cement clinker(SAC) or co-doping SAC and ground blast furnace slag (BFS).Experimental results show that the strength and water resistance of DCG can be significantly improved by doping SAC or co-doping SAC and BFS in DCG.When the doping concentration of SAC was 15%,flexural strength,compressive strength and softening coefficient of the samples cured for 7 days increased by 64%,86% and 50% respectively.Flexural strength,compressive strength and softening coefficient of DCG-SAC composite cementitious material hydrated for 7 days increased by 28%,50% and 15% respectively,while 15% BFS was induced to replace DCG into the DCG-SAC cementitious material,which contained 15% SAC.
