摘  要:结合西宁火车站综合改造工程实际,通过在混凝土中分别添加引气剂、阻锈剂及同时添加引气剂和阻锈剂的方式,将标准养护28 d后的混凝土试件分别浸泡在20℃和40℃卤水中360 d,研究了添加剂组合方式和卤水温度的耦合作用对混凝土抗Cl-渗透性能的影响。结果表明,在20℃和40℃不同温度卤水环境中浸泡360 d后,在渗透深度较浅的区域,添加剂的组合方式和卤水温度耦合作用的方式不同,对混凝土抗Cl-渗透的能力明显不同;但在渗透压力较弱的较深区域内,添加剂的组合方式和卤水温度的耦合作用对混凝土抗Cl-渗透的能力表现基本相当,并呈现出当同时添加引气剂和阻锈剂时这种表现能力良好且趋于稳定的规律。Combined with the actual project of Xining Railway Station,by adding air-entraining gent,rust inhibitor in concrete separately and co-adding air-entraining agent and rust inhibitor,concrete specimens after standard curing for 28 days were soaked in brine at 20 ℃ and 40 ℃ respectively for 360 days,the impact of concrete resistance to Cl-penetration at the condition of additive combination mode and the brine temperature coupling effect was analyzed.Results showed that after being soaked in 20 ℃ and 40 ℃ brine environment after 360days,in the shallow area of penetration depth,with different additive combination mode and brine temperature coupling effect,the concrete resistance to Cl-penetration ability are obviously different;but in the deeper areas of the weak osmotic pressure,the impact of these two factors on the concrete resistance to Cl-penetration ability is roughly equal,and present a law that when adding air-entraining agent and rust inhibitor at the same time,this kind of ability is good and stabilize.
