摘  要:根据聚酯型和聚醚型聚羧酸减水剂各自的性能特点,将其进行复合,系统研究了酯醚复合减水剂母液的性能。试验结果表明:酯醚2种减水剂母液复合时对混凝土有不同的性能叠加作用,复合母液的混凝土减水率随着酯类母液含量增加而提高,掺复合母液混凝土的坍落度损失随着醚类母液含量增加而减小。此外,试验还通过辅料优化和改性进一步提升了酯醚复合母液的性能,为聚羧酸减水剂的应用和推广提供借鉴。Based on the different performance of polyester-type and polyether-type superplasticizer,the property of compound of the two kinds of superplasticizer liquid was systematically researched.The experimental results show that the composite superplasticizer has different effect on the property of superplasticizer and concrete,the water reducing ratio increases with the content of polyester-type superplasticizer increasing,the slump loss of concrete increases with the content of polyether-type superplasticizer increasing.In addition,the performance of composite superplasticizer was optimized by remixing adjunct to support reference for application and development of polycarboxylate superplasticizer.
