摘  要:针对圆筒型永磁直线电机存在齿槽力的问题,先得出了气隙磁场强度的解析公式,再依据气隙磁场强度的解析公式采用能量法推导出了齿槽力解析公式。对齿槽力解析公式进行傅里叶分解,得到了开辅助槽对齿槽力的影响规律。研究表明,为了削弱齿槽力,当N p(齿槽力周期数)=1时,开任意辅助槽数必须选择与之相对应的极弧系数;当N p≠1时,开辅助槽数应使得对齿槽力有影响的傅里叶分解系数变为零。通过样机实验研究,验证了选择合理的辅助槽数能够削弱齿槽力。The cogging force is one of the main problems of tubular permanent magnet linear motor ( TPM- LM). In this paper, the analytical calculation of air-gap magnetic density was found and then the analytical calculation of cogging force was deduced by the energy method. The effect of auxiliary slots on the Fourier coefficient of relative air-gap permeance function was studied, and some conclusions were made. It shows that in order to weaken the cogging force, if Np = 1, when the motor has any number of auxiliary slots, it must have a corresponding pole embrace, and if Np ≠ 1, the number of auxiliary slots should make the Fourier coefficient which has effect to the cogging force zero. In the end, the conclusions were validated by experimental analysis.
