水貂脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌感染的诊断及药敏试验

摘　　要：为了对山东威海某发病水貂场的病死水貂进行病原学诊断,采用病原分离、生化试验、PCR扩增、基因序列比对等方法对分离细菌进行了鉴定,最终确定其病因为脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌感染。在此基础上进行了药敏试验,发现该脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌对所有检测药物均不敏感。Dead minks form one farm in Weihai city, Shandiong province were diagnosed by Neisseria meningitides infection according to the results of bacterial isolation, biochemical tests, PCR amplification and gene sequence blast. Drug susceptibility tests showed that Neisseria meningitidis strain was multi-re- sistant to all the antimicrobials used in the detection.
