摘 要:为了快速地进行洪水风险分析、准确地评估出流域存在的防洪问题,以汾河流域为例,采用二维G4洪水模型进行洪水淹没分析,绘制了相应的汾河流域洪水风险图,并在风险图的基础上,结合GIS空间分析功能建立了受灾损失模型,对研究区主要防洪工程进行了相应的受灾损失评价。结果表明,在现状堤防条件下,流域内城市防洪标准偏低;在规划堤防条件下,洪水淹没面积明显缩小,受灾人口和经济损失也显著减少。In order to carry out flood risk analysis, accurate assess flood control issues, taking Fenhe River Basin as an example, two-dimensional flood simulation G4 model is used to analyze flood inundation loss and the corresponding flood hazard risk maps are plotted. Based on the risk map, disaster loss model is established by combining with the spatial analysis technology of GIS. And then, it evaluates the flood inundation loss of major flood control project in the study area. The results show that the urban flood control standard is lower under the present dike conditions; the flood submerged area and the affected population and economic loss has significantly reduced under the planning conditions.
