摘  要:围绕燃烧法制备铝酸锶发光材料开展试制研究。考察了铝锶比、激活剂离子、燃烧添加剂的加入量对荧光强度及余辉时间的影响。对制备的荧光粉末进行了XRD、SEM分析检测,XRD分析表明:当铝锶比为1.76时,燃烧法合成的铝酸锶荧光粉主晶相是SrAl2O4;当铝锶比为3.03,合成的主晶相为SrAl2O4和Sr4Al14O25两种晶型。试制结果表明,当Al/Sr(mol比)=1.76,Eu3+与Dy3+加入量分别为0.40mol%,H3BO3加入量为0.05mol,燃烧添加剂脲的加入量为反应物摩尔总量的2.8~3倍时,在600~700℃的电炉中即可燃烧合成得到发光亮度高、余辉时间长达24小时以上的黄绿色蓄能发光粉末材料。SrAl2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+ fluorescent material was prepared by combustion method. Effects of Al/Sr ratio, activating ions, incendiary agent's quantity on its fluorescence intensity and time of persistence were investigated. Samples were characterized by XRD and SEM. XRD analysis revealed that the main phase of the material was SrAl204 when the Al/Sr ratio was 1.76; when the Al/Sr ratio was 3.03, the main phases were SrAl204 and Sr4All4025. Experimental results showed that green fluorescent material with high brightness and more than 24h of persistence was obtained by combustion synthesis at 600-700℃ when the Al/Sr ratio was 1.76, 0.042mol% Eu^2+ and Dy^3+ and 0.05mol H3BO3 were added, and the amount of urea was 2.8~3 times the total number of moles of other reactants.
