摘 要:目的优选祛风胜湿颗粒最佳的提取工艺。方法采用L9(3)4正交试验设计,以异欧前胡素含量及干浸膏得率为考察指标,筛选祛风胜湿颗粒的醇提最佳工艺条件;以甘草酸单铵盐含量及干浸膏得率为考察指标,筛选祛风胜湿颗粒的水提最佳工艺条件;采用单因素试验,优选防风、川芎、藁本和蔓荆子4味药材的最佳提取工艺。结果优选的祛风胜湿颗粒醇提最佳工艺条件为加10倍量70%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次2 h;挥发油的提取工艺条件为加8倍量水提取4 h;水提最佳工艺条件为加10倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1 h。结论优选的生产工艺合理、可靠,适合现代化大生产。Objective To optimize the best extraction process of Qufeng Shengshi Granules. Methods The L9(3)4 orthogonal experiment design was adopted with the isoimperatorin content and the dry extract yield as the investigating indexes for screening the optimum pro- cess conditions of the aleohol extraction for Qufeng Shengshi Granules; with the ammonium glyeyrrhetate content and the dry extract yield as the investigating indexes for screening the best process conditions of the water extraction for Qufeng Shengshi Granules;the single factor experiment was adopted to optimize the optimum extracting process of 4 kinds of medicinal material Radix Saposhnikoviae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Ligustiei Rhizoma et Radix and Fructus Viticis. Results The optimized alcohol extraction process conditions of Qufeng Shengshi Granules were as follows: adding 10 times the amount of 70% ethanol, reflux extracting twice,2 h each time;the volatile oil extraction conditions were as follows:adding 8 times the amount of water and extracting for 4 h;the optimized water extrac- tion process conditions were as follows:adding 10 times the amount of water,decocting twice and 1 h each time. Conclusion The opti- mized process is reasonable,reliable and suitable tbr modern mass production.
