摘　　要：目的了解医院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集医院2012年1月至12月上报的87例有效ADR报告,按涉及的药物种类、ADR损害类型及临床表现进行回顾性分析。结果 87例ADR报告中,最常见的临床表现为皮肤及其附件损害、胃肠道损害及输液反应,抗感染药物、中成药及抗肿瘤药发生不良反应较多。结论医务人员应仔细观察ADR的发生,寻找有效的防治方法;对ADR采取"早发现、早报告、早处理"的原则;用药时严格把握适应证,加强用药监护,最大限度地保障患者的用药安全。Objective To investigate the charaeteristies of adverse drug reactions （ADR） to provide reterence for clinical rational drug use. Methods 87 cases of ADR reports in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were collected and retrospectively ana- lyzed according to drug varieties,types of ADR damage and clinical manifestation. Results Among 87 cases of ADR,the most common clinical manifestations were the damage of skin and its appendages, gastrointestinal damage and infusion reaction; anti- infectinn drugs, Chinese patent drugs and antineoplastic drugs had more opportunity to lead to adverse reactions. Conclusion Medical staff should care- fully ohserve the occurrence of ADR and search for the effective methods to prevent and treat ADR;adopt the policy of ＂early discov- ery,early report and early treatment＂ ; strictly graspthe medication indications and strengthen the medication monitoring,so as to maximize the safety of patients＇ medication.
