基于UGNX的注射模导柱标准件国标库的开发研究

摘　　要：基于UGNX中MoldWizard模块,利用国标库(GB/T4169.5—2006)中注射模导柱的尺寸,建立了注射模零件(导柱)国家标准件库的具体方法和步骤,这种方法,可以应用到MoldWizard模块中其它注射模零件国标库的创建中,对国标的推广和应用有启示作用。MoldWizard module in this article is based on the UGNX, using unigraphics （GB/ T4169.5-2006） in the dimensions of the injection mold guide pillar, establish injection mold parts （column） national standard parts library of specific methods and steps .This method can he applied to the unigraphics MoldWizard module in other injection mold parts of creation.It has an enlightenment effect for promotion and application of GB standard part.
