摘　　要：分析了花洒手柄塑件原材料、成型工艺及结构,设计了合理的模具侧抽芯机构及热流道系统。塑件质量良好,合格率接近100%。模具运动平稳,脱模顺畅,热流道系统使用正常,维修率低,模具设计与制造达到了预期效果。Analyzed the shower head handle plastic raw material,molding process and structure, design the reasonable mold side core-pulling mechanism and hot runner system, plastic parts quality is good, the qualified rate of close to 100%. Mold the smooth movement, stripping smoothly, using normal hot runner system, low maintenance rate, mold design and produce the desired effect
