摘　　要：创新组织设置,以党的基层组织建设带动其他各类基层组织建设是新时期高校党建面临的主要课题。乐山师范学院旅游与经济管理学院为了适应高校教育教学模式的变化,进行了将基层党支部建在科研团队、学生专业技能竞赛团队上的实践与探索,产生了良好效果。文章分析了创新高校党支部设置的必要性,探索了科研、竞赛团队建党支部的工作思路和方法。The main subject of university party building in the new period is to innovate the organizational settings, and develop grassroot Party organizations to promote the construction of other organizations. In order to adapt to the changes of the teaching modes of college education, School of Tourism and Economic Management of Leshan Normal University builds Party branches in research and contest teams, and this practice and exploration of students’ professional skills produces a good effect. This paper analyzes the necessity of setting the innovation of college Party branches, explores the ideas and methods of building Party branches in research and contest teams.
