摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记就加强社会主义法治建设发表了一系列重要论述,提出了许多新思想、新观点和新要求,体现了我们党依法治国的信心和决心,体现了中国特色社会主义的本质要求,进一步丰富和发展了社会主义法治理论。Since the party＇s 18th congress, General Party Secretary Xi Jinping has proposed many new ideas, new views and new requirements, revealed the Party＇s confidence and determination of running the country by the law, expressed the basic requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and further enriched and developed socialist legal theory by publishing a series of important works on promoting the legal construction of socialism.
