血清尘螨特异性IgE检测在小儿哮喘防治中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨血清尘螨特异性IgE检测在小儿哮喘诊断与防治中的应用。方法：选取本院在2009年3月-2012年10月收治的52例小儿哮喘患儿为观察组，其中〈3岁者11例，4-6岁者18例，7-12岁者23例；选取正常儿童44例作为对照组，其中〈3岁者8例，4-6岁者16例，7-12岁者20例。两组儿童均进行血清尘螨特异性IgE检测，比较其结果。结果：观察组患儿的血清尘螨特异性IgE浓度为（152.78±48.95）U/mL；对照组儿童的血清尘螨特异性IgE浓度为（25.62±6.49）U/mL，观察组患儿的血清尘螨特异性IgE浓度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：小儿哮喘患儿的血清尘螨特异性IgE阳性率很高，尤其7-12岁患儿阳性率最高，所以尘螨过敏原是诱发小儿哮喘的重要因素，通过血清尘螨特异性IgE检查有助于发现尘螨过敏原，对防治由尘螨过敏原诱发小儿哮喘的重要手段，值得临床推广应用。Obiective：To explore the application of blood dust mite specific IgE detection in the diagnosis and treatment of children asthma.Method：52 children with asthma from March 2009 to October 2012 were selected in our hospital as the observation group,there were 11 cases＆lt;3 years old,18 cases in 4-6 years old,and 23 cases in 7-12 years old;And 44 normal children were selected as the control group,there were 8 cases＇3 years old,16 cases in 4-6 years old, and 20 cases in 7-12 years old.Two groups were tested serum dust mite specific IgE and the results were compared.Result：The serum concentration of mite specific IgE in the observation group was（152.78±48.95）U/mL;serum concentration of mite specific IgE in the control group was（25.62±6.49）U/mL,the serum concentration of mite specific IgE in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.01）.Conclusion：There is a high positive rate of serum dust mite specific IgE in children with asthma,especially in children of 7-12 years old, so that the dust mite allergen is an important factor that induced asthma in children,serum dust mite specific IgE examination is helpful to the discovery of dust mite allergen,it is an important way to prevent from dust mite allergen induced asthma in children,it is worthy of clinical application.
