摘　　要：目的建立关系型数据库保存和管理睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症(SAHS)患者临床资料,并进行其应用价值的探讨。方法复习睡眠医学中心597例SAHS患者的病案资料,根据阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征诊治指南制定408个字段,利用Access2010软件建立含表、查询、窗体、报表的数据库。结果在6个月的时间内建立了SAHS Access数据库,并成功应用于临床及科研工作。结论利用Access2010建立SAHS临床资料数据库简单易行,该数据库具有较强的数据处理能力,提高了医护人员的工作效率,规范了SAHS作为慢性疾病的系统管理,同时有利于临床随访及科研。Objective To construct a relational database for saving and managing clinical data of sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （SAHS） cases, and to investigate its application value. Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 597 cases of SAHS at Sleep Medicine Center of Nanfang Hospital. 408 fields were formulated according to the guideline for diagnose and treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. The database with tables, queries, forms and reports was established by Microsoft Access 2010 software. Results The Access database of SAHS was established during 6 months, successfully applied in clinical work and scientific research. Conclusion Microsoft Access 2010 is simple and feasible in the construction of SAHS database, which possesses powerful capacity of information processing. Standardizing the systematic management of SAHS as a chronic disease can improve the work efficiency of clinical practice, as well as be helpful for clinical follow-up and research.
