摘  要:目的探讨OSAHS对血管内皮功能变化的影响。方法选取OSAHS患者80例(OSAHS组),分为轻度15例,中度41例,重度24例,体检肥胖者30例(对照组),检测血清ET-1、NO、ADM水平。结果 OSAHS组NO低于对照组(P<0.05),ET-1、ADM高于对照组(P<0.05),中度、重度患者NO高于轻度(P<0.05),重度高于中度(P<0.05),ET-1、ADM中度及重度低于轻度(P<0.05),重度低于中度(P<0.05);治疗后AHI、ET-1、ADM下降(P<0.05),SaO2、NO升高(P<0.05);OSAHS患者NO与AHI存在负相关(P<0.05),ET-1、ADM与AHI存在正相关(P<0.05)。结论 OSAHS中重度患者明显存在血管内皮功能受损。Objective To investigate the effect of OSAHS on vascular endothelial function. Methods 80 OSAHS patients were selected in this study as the OSAHS group, including 15 mild cases, 41 moderate cases and 24 severe cases. Another 30 fat people were taken as the control group. The levels of ET-1, NO and ADM were detected. Results The level of NO was lower, and the levels of ET-1 and ADM were higher in the OSAHS group than in the control group (P〈0.05). The level of NO was the highest in severe group and the lowest in the mild group, and the levels of ET-1 and ADM was the lowest in the severe group and the highest in the mild group (P〈0.05). AHI was negatively correlated with NO (P〈0.05), and positively correlated with ET-1 and ADM (P〈0.05). Conclusion There exists obvious endothelial function impaired in OSAHS patients at moderate and severe stage.
